We are looking for an experienced Oracle CPQ Functional Lead to manage and support Oracle CPQ implementation and enhancement projects. The candidate will work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design CPQ solutions, and support end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle CPQ functional discussions and requirement gathering sessions
  
• Configure and support Oracle CPQ solutions based on business needs
  
• Work closely with business users, technical teams, and project managers
  
• Prepare functional design documents and process flows
  
• Support testing, UAT, deployment, and user training activities
  
• Handle change requests, issue resolution, and system enhancements
  
• Ensure successful integration with CRM/ERP systems
  

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Oracle CPQ
  
• Knowledge of quoting, pricing, approval workflows, and product configuration
  
• Experience in requirement analysis and stakeholder management
  
• Understanding of integration with Oracle ERP/CRM applications
  
• Good communication and coordination skills
