Job Title: Oracle CWB Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Remote (Cleveland, OH 44122)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Compensation Workbench (CWB)
Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle EBS HRMS
R12.1/R12.2.

Key Requirements:
- Strong experience with Oracle EBS HRMS R12.1/R12.2
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Compensation Workbench (CWB)
- Experience conducting 2–3 Compensation Life Cycles
- Techno-functional expertise in Compensation Plan Design and CWB
Configurations
- Experience with Dynamic Columns, Fast Formulas, AME workflows
- Knowledge of HR Security Profiles and AOL setups
- Experience with Web ADI, XML Publisher and HR workflows
- Support Unit, SIT, UAT and Payroll testing cycles
- Ability to create BR100, MD050 and TE040 documentation
