Role: Senior Technical Program Manager

Location(s): Malvern, Pennsylvania -Hybrid

Contract Role: Initial 21 months + extension - Long term contract role

Job Description: 

Main focus on preparing client’s agentic AI platforms to handle business-critical workload.
This program aims to determine everything required: strengthening existing systems and solving entirely new technical challenges to make these platforms reliable enough for business-critical operations.

Qualifications: (14+ minimum years)

• Program management at scale including reporting to executive sponsors and senior stakeholders, and managing complex work across 20+ Delivery teams across several subdivisions.
• Strong communication, organization, and meeting facilitation skills.
• Must be comfortable working with executives, stakeholders, and organizations.
• strong familiarity with the underlying technology (AI/LLMs/agentic systems) would be ideal
• A program manager with a background in emerging technology spaces is strongly preferred.
• A finance background is helpful but not required, however, experience in highly regulated environments (risk, governance, audit, etc.) would be valuable
