Required Skills & Qualifications
- Core Languages: Java 11+, Spring Boot, and SQL (PL/SQL).
- Cloud: Mandatory, extensive experience in AWS Development.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of proven application development.
- Interpersonal: Strong communication skills to lead Demos/POCs at the end of each sprint.
- Onsite Commitment: Must be willing to work 100% onsite in Newark, DE (No hybrid/remote options).
