Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and technical teams to gather and document business requirements.
  
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  
• Create and maintain detailed business requirement documents, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
  
• Support Agile project management methodologies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user story development.
  
• Assist in documenting workflows, process mapping, and system interactions.
  
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions with stakeholders to clarify project objectives and business needs.
  
• Participate in testing activities including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation of implemented solutions.
  
• Ensure project deliverables align with DPS business goals, compliance standards, and operational requirements.
  
• Support cross-functional teams during implementation, deployment, and post-production support activities.
  
• Maintain clear communication between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  

Required Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• 5 years of experience in the technology field or related field as a senior-level Business Analyst.
  
• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
  
• Experience working with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of working knowledge of Agile project management methodologies and practices.
  
• 2 years of experience in understanding and documenting use cases.
  
• 2 years of experience in process documentation and process mapping.
  
• Experience supporting software development or application modernization projects.
  
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and business analysis best practices.
