Role: Sr Reliability Engineer
Location: Chesterfield, MO (Hybrid)
Visa: USC / GC
Experience: 15+ Years

Required Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years of experience in Plant Maintenance
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies
• Experience managing reliability/maintenance operations at a Regional or Multi-site level
• Strong expertise in:
  • SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
  • SAP Material Management (MM)
• Working knowledge of:
  • Vibration data collectors
  • Ultrasonic tools
  • IR cameras
  • Motor circuit analyzers
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications:

• SMRP Certification (CMRP)
• Level 1 or Level 2 certifications in:
  • Vibration Analysis
  • Infrared
  • Oil Analysis
  • Ultrasonic Testing
• Experience in large-scale processing environments such as Soy, Corn, or similar Ag-processing industries
• Strong understanding of reliability challenges in high-volume industrial plants

Leadership Expectations:

• Strong servant leadership qualities
• Ability to influence leadership teams while collaborating effectively with plant maintenance technicians
• Proven track record of transforming maintenance cultures in fast-paced and complex environments

Travel & Physical Requirements:

• Must be willing to travel up to 50% to regional plant locations
• Ability to work in industrial plant environments
• Must be able to wear required PPE including hard hat, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots
