Salesforce Developer w/ Experience Cloud Certification

Visa : USC/GC

Location: Position is Hybrid, In office about once a week, possibly 2 if needed. Local to Phoenix only.
Work Model: Hybrid – 1 to 2 Days Onsite Weekly

 

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Salesforce Experience Cloud Certification is mandatory for submission (MUST HAVE TO SUBMIT)
• Minimum 4+ years specifically focused on Salesforce Experience Cloud / Communities
• Strong hands-on experience leading end-to-end architecture of Experience Cloud sites (must be clearly mentioned on resume)
• Deep understanding of Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) and Aura frameworks
• Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, JavaScript (ES6+), CSS/SLDS, and HTML5
• Experience designing secure solutions using External Identity, SSO, sharing rules, Account Relationship Data Sharing, and Apex Managed Sharing
• Strong experience with Salesforce CLI, SFDX, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Named Credentials
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

1. Architectural Design & Strategy

• Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Experience Cloud sites
• Select and implement LWR or Aura templates based on business, performance, and SEO requirements
• Design scalable and secure Experience Cloud solutions using External Identity, SSO, and advanced sharing mechanisms
• Define branching strategies and CI/CD deployment pipelines for Experience Cloud metadata

2. Technical Development (Hands-on Leadership)

• Develop modular and high-performance Lightning Web Components optimized for the LWR framework
• Implement personalized customer journeys using Audience Targeting and Salesforce CMS
• Design and develop advanced automation using Headless Flows and asynchronous Apex for high-volume external user transactions

3. Data & AI Integration

• Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud to provide unified customer profiles and enhanced community experiences
• Develop and maintain integrations with ERP systems, AWS, Marketing Cloud, and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and Named Credentials

4. Leadership & Mentorship

• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, scalability, and governor limit compliance
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and executives to translate requirements into technical solutions and user stories
• Present technical roadmaps and architectural strategies to leadership teams
