Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery & Agile Execution
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Agile projects or workstreams, including scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Facilitate key Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos) and help maintain Jira boards and delivery cadence
- Monitor project progress, track dependencies, and escalate risks with mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with technical leads and product owners to keep teams focused and
- velocity consistent
Communication & Stakeholder Alignment
- Own the delivery of timely, accurate project status updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain key documentation including status reports, risk logs, action items, and stakeholder updates
- Promote cross-functional alignment through clear and proactive communication
- Drive clarity across teams around project goals, priorities, and decision points
Client & Partner Engagement
- Serve as the day-to-day delivery contact for internal stakeholders and vendor/partner teams
- Manage expectations and coordinate across time zones to ensure consistent communication and visibility
- Support coordination of demos and hand-offs with technical resources as needed
- Raise delivery concerns early to ensure continued alignment on goals and timelines
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
- Lead retrospectives and contribute to process improvement across Agile delivery practices
- Recommend and apply delivery best practices, including backlog hygiene, estimation discipline, and effective scope control
- Help standardize tools, templates, and workflows for scalable project execution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Business, Communications, Computer Science, or related disciplines
- 3–5 years of experience managing Agile or hybrid technology projects
- Hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and working with Jira, Confluence, and related tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in cross-functional team settings
- Proven ability to escalate risks, drive decisions, and keep delivery on track
- Comfortable working with remote and offshore teams across time zones
