Debugger Information

Hi Thomas,

Thanks for the great software. It's quite handy for adding
localization. (change of life :D)

There is a small issue, though, when it's used together with Mate
framework.

And a feature request regarding the Debugger information.
Could we have one similar to <Debugger> in Mate? (where i could choose
to turn on and off debug for specific section)
So that my console wouldn't be overwhelmed by the BabelFx debugging
information.

@Tim,

Great idea for a debug context paths. What is needed is something
similar to the logging filters.
The BabelFx FlexStore demo has a LocalizationMap with the attribute
enableLog="true". This uses the LocaleLogger internally.
BabelFx should provide better exposure of the Logger to set filters
for bundles, sections, of packages.

I will place this great request on the feature list map <grin>.
