Adding a location

We want to set up a phone at a home office rather than at our main office building. Our location is locked and i'm unsure how we add this new phone in a different location.
Please could i have some help setting this up please.

Hi Sarah,

Sorry for the delay in responding. The location is locked as it has been uploaded to the emergency services database. The way to 'alter' it, is to create a new location which can then be used for other phones.

Hi Nick,
I have created a new location, but the problem I'm having is that the new location is not in the UK - it's in Thailand. One of our directors is now primarily based over there, so I want to set up a phone for him over there on our babblevoice account. I've set up a new number and put Thailand down as the location, but with a UK number ID. I'm getting the following message on our account page:

This domain is not fully configured to allow calls to emergency services, please read this for more information.The phone 'Dave - Thailand' is in different locations to the location of the outbound caller id for emergency services.

What do I need to do to resolve this, or am I unable to do what I'm trying to do? Help!

Hi,

I think in this instance this is where a reminder of 999 not fully working is probably left as a warning. I would leave it there. Obviously, the UK 999 services will not send anyone out to Thailand. We may look at non-uk addresses so a more appropriate reminder message will be displayed.
