Problem setting up Polycom IP335 phone

I've just got a new Polycom IP335 phone and struggling to set it up. With my old IP 321 phone i used the Babblevoice provisioning set up, but i got a message this time saying image not recognised.

Any ideas?

Hi,

The 335 is no longer really support by Polycom. So when trying to ZTP the old range of phones they try to get a firmware which is too new for them. Instead of using ZTP use provisioning without ZTP:

1. Go into admin settings (on start up you can get into the admin menu - default password 456)
2. Provisioning menu
4. Server type HTTPS
5. user name extension_domain (only first part of domain name for example 1000_bling not 1000_bling.babblevoice.com)
6. password - the device password

Save and reset and it should work.
