Hi,
Welcome to the babblevoice support group.
Firstly we need to know whether you are using the new or old console for managing this. When you are at the babblevoice home page -
babblevoice.com Are you clicking the "sign in with google" button - this takes you to the new console.
Or the old by clicking the "old console" link below the button for the new console.
If you are using the new console :
Select the "Stuff" option from the top right set of options.
Select the option from the table which says "Voice Prompts + Music on Hold" or "Voice Prompts"
Click "Edit" from above the table
From here you will see 2 sections "Config" and "Files"
In the "Files" section there is a row of blue buttons at the top
The first button is "Record a new prompt" you can click this to record a new voice prompt from one of your babblevoice phones.
To do this give the recording a name, select the babblevoice device to use for the recording and then click the "Record" button. This will then place a call to the selected phone, answer the call and you can start recording you prompt straight away. Once you are finished hang up the call.
If the file is stored on your computer then you can use the 3rd button in the files section "Upload Files" which will open a file selector for you to find the file on your computer to upload.
If you are using the old console
Select the option from the "stuff" table which says "Voice Prompts + Music on Hold" or "Voice Prompts"
Then select the "Edit item" option from the toolbar at the top of the stuff section, this is the second icon in the toolbar.
All of your current voice prompts will be displayed in the gray area in this section.
You can either drag and drop your new recordings straight into this area from a file browser on your computer
Or you can click in the gray area avoiding one of the pre-existing voice prompts and this will open a file browser for you to select the files.
I hope this helps, and if you require anything further please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Kind Regards,
Jay
