Good Evening,
I have recently been rewriting a lot of our call rules as it had all got rather complicated and somewhat duplicated but we seem to be back on track now.
The issue i'm having is babble voice checking the correct departments opening times on the google calendar.
For example finance finish at 4:30 so my rule is the call comes in, labels as finance, checks the google calendar, calls extension (dept closed) or calls extension (finance) if we are open.
Babble voice isn't picking up that finance is closed because the main calendar is linked to telephony which is open until 7pm.
How do I instruct the rule so it checks the correct department?
I know it must integrate into the rule somehow but I just don't know how.
