Polycom issues

Hi Guys,

Hope you're all well .....

I have a polycom 331  that is not registering (been fine for 4 years!), when running ping from it, it can ping www.google.com no worries - are there any issues on Magik (its ext 1006 on my domain).

Yes - magic died yesterday - in the evening. DNS was point elsewhere - so your phone should be pointing elsewhere (if not DNS needs resetting).
