This evening our upstream provider identified an issue which is effecting some inbound and outbound routes.
They are currently working to resolve this issue and as we receive updates we will update you.

We have just received word from our upstream provider and they have isolated the fault. This has resolved the issue and service is now fully restored. If you are still experiencing issues then please let us know.
An investigation into the fault is underway and this will hopefully shed some light into why this occurred and future issues can be avoided.
