Configuration for Polycom Soundstation IP6000

I have brought a second Polycom sound station IP6000, I was assisted over the phone to set up the first one last year,  however I can't get this to configure as I did the first. I had been advised I could send it somewhere to be configured but I don't know where this would be, could you please assist me.
