Hello all,
This is to let all users know of an update which may introduce an issue. We have decided to increase the permission required to listen to recordings of calls.
Up until now if you had access to a domain you could access a recording. We have decided this is too relaxed and requires more control. For now, we have set it so that either the domain owner or a user with 'spy' permissions can access recordings.
If you find yourself unable to listen to call recordings please check your permissions for that user account and adjust appropriately.
