Call Quality issues 16:10 24th November.

We are aware of a connectivity issue on one of the links between two of our sites, the provider is investigating and meanwhile we are managing traffic on our alternative links.  Some clients may have recorded a short period of call drops or poor quality while the alternative route took over.  The fault is being investigated and we will update further, once we ourselves, have an update.

Update at 17:30:


We have suffered a primary link failure between two of our sites. Automatically, our backup links have taken the traffic, however this appears to be failing to achieve the expected throughput in one direction (inbound) and we are investigating the cause of this with the link providers. We are also migrating traffic to other links where possible, whilst trying to diagnose both faults.

Our secondary links now appear to be performing as expected. Clients
should have experienced normal levels of service from 18:00.

The engineers are still working on the primary link problem and we will
update as soon as there is progress to report on that issue.
