Hi there,
Is there a problem with Babblevoice this morning? At about 9.30 we had 3 or 4 calls which rang on various extensions but we couldn't answer. We restarted all of the phones (mainly Polycom and one Gigaset cordless) and they seem to start working again after about 10 mins, but people are reporting the line to be crackly, although we can hear them OK .

We had an issue around 09:30 which was resolved in
about 5 minutes. This will have affected a small number of our clients. If you
have anything ongoing then please let us know.

Seems to be OK again, and call quality has improved throughout the day.
