The life history of Sripada Srivallabha Swami is available in Telugu, from Sripada Srivallabha Mahasamsthanam.
It was originally written by Sri Sankara Bhattu, a direct disciple of Sripada Srivallabha Swami, with the order from Sripada Swami.
In the book itself, it is mentioned by Sripada Swami that the book will be coming out to the people only during the 33rd generation of Sripada Swamy's  Grandfather's family; it happened in the same way, got published in 2005 by Sripada Mahasamsthanam. It's a great books containing many wonderful leelas of Sripada Swami in detail (338 pages).

For devotees living in abroad (such as USA), it is very difficult to perform transaction the way the website instructed. I communicated with them and reply did not help my situation.

Sorry to know that you could not get the book. We actually made some attempts previously requesting Sripada Srivallabha samsthanam's permission for sharing scanned book, but it did not work out.

My humble suggestion is to pray again to Swami, and try contacting them again. Then Swami may even inspire someone in our Satsang group (who has an additional copy, or who has the facility to procure an additional copy) to contact you and post you the book!
