The Form will require one more sitting ... That I shall do after we freeze the scheme contained in the PDF. Pl analyse the scheme of volunteering (it will take 15-20 minutes to carefully go through the 4 pages, figure our if anything should be changed/ deleted/ modified.....give me a feedback (in writing or by making a call)

Point 1 (1. Please do not expect a child or anyone to perform a chore for you. Example: fetching water or tea.) is written on welcome to Sabka Ghar board on the Kitchen area wall ... since volunteers reaching Sabka Ghar will read it any way, I chose to skip it in this document...

Point 2 (2. Although, the hours are suggested. It is probable that the work can be scheduled as per seasonal variation during the morning hours or after it has rained.)... Hours are not scheduled .. just the number of hours are specified.. what part of the day is between the Project in charge and the volunteer...

Point 3 (3. Kindly, be flexible to extend support when there is additional work OR many guests OR as per the request of the Nodal Inspiration.)... 'need for making adjustments when large number of people are there' along with the culture of Sabka Ghar should take care of it ........... OR do u think, it needs to be explicitly stated ?

Point 4 (4. In case of couple volunteering, both shall volunteer.  )... yes, will make language changes ...
