Hello Dear

Life takes turns and steep curves. In Baalm's Annual gathering held on August 18, 2014, It was decided that the BAALM committees should be dissolved (and opportunities for owning up processes to be made freshly available) every year. However only a few processes have been owned up so far. Since then, therefore, the committees googlegroups have been dormant. 

PALs/ Volunteers have been expressing intentions to join BAALM  committees. The need to place them in an email structure was discussed in the Tuesday@Taj on 18th November. It was decided that, instead of creating new groups, the new members should be added to the existing googlegroups. Therefore, the committee googlegroups are hereby being reactivated (the Baton-holders group and Process Owners' group will, however remain suspended till these responsibilities are suitably taken up) 

While thanking you for your support (Big-Small/ Regular-Occasional-Sporadic-Momentary/ In Action- Through words - By intentions) for expanding Baalm during the last yaer, I invite you to let go of any Complain/ Incompletion/ Guilt and begin a fresh start and bring our attention to the very thought that made us a part of BAALM and join hand to create an Orphanless world.

I understand that other commitments in life often become priority. Members of the Campus development Committee (CDC) who did not own up a process / join a process team/ did not respond after the committees were suspended can either -

1) Unsubscribe from this google group.... 

OR

2) CHOOSE To Continue ... and after making up their mind, continue to create an Orphanless World by assuming responsibility at  http://www.boundaryless.net/baalm/join-the-baalm-network/

As the Process owner for Institution- Building, I am naturally responsible for (and authorised to, in the last Tuesday@Taj) to hold the Baton of CDC till someone committed to create an Orphanless World takes on assuming and expanding the responsibility

The lovely mail from Anuradha thoughtfully acknowledges everyone as winner and invites them to experience so !.... The strides made by Baalm are indeed an outcome of 'collective' intention and effort .... It also demonstrates that ordinary human beings' collective intention and coordinated efforts has the power to accomplish even the unthinkable.... 

I am standing in Gratitude and acknowledgement  and on Behalf of the Baalm children, their deceased parents and their relatives; on behalf of the Baalm committees; on behalf of an Orphanless future.... I thank you for contributing ... for supporting the conception of the idea, for encouraging to go ahead, for believing that an Orphanless world is creatable, for organising and participating in the meetings, for making and attending presentations, for travelling to Sabka Ghar and to children's villages, for facilitating children to reach sabka Ghar, for brainstorming on fine-tuning the Baalm's model and its possibilities, for asking questions, for making calls to each other, for assuming Guardianship, for contributing for Kitchen expenses and for hostel, for visiting and playing with children, for getting sweets, games etc. for them, for video-interaction with them, for taking them on tours, for joining Baalm committees, for owning up and joining Baalm processes, for writing, receiving and reading e-mails, for joining and writing on Facebook groups, for inviting your friends and family members to these groups, for sharing and liking the Baalm page, baalm posts and baalm pictures..... for giving freedom to your mind to pay attention to Baalm... 

As Anuradha hinted.... when a team wins... everyone... who made a century, who got out on zero and who was a 12th, 13th or 15th man..... who was a support staff... who cheered from the stadium... who watched on TV... who kept a track and prayed ... EVERYONE is winner...

I congratulate each one of you for being a winner and Thank you for making everyone win :)
