I started climbing "for real" in December/January at Planet Granite. I climb Monday, Wednesday and sometimes Friday and a weekend day.

I most recently started climbing at Planet Granite about two years
ago (at the old location on Mead). I mostly climb on Mondays,
although I want to be going more often. I tend to always be busy or
out of town on weekends but I hope to do some more weekend climbing.
I'm lead-certified at PG but haven't done much leading at all - I've
fallen in with a bad crowd that mostly boulders all night long. I
have a rope and an ATC and a helmet, but no other "rack gear" for
outdoor climbing. I'm really looking forward to doing some outdoor
climbing but these days it seems I'm more interested in photography
than anything else, so I also look forward to doing some climbing
photography. Perhaps y'all can be my first victims...

current hobby adoption is the of Rock Climbing. I'm climbing on Mondays
and Wednesdays at Planet Granite (sunnyvale). I just did my first 5.9
on Monday (I started about a month ago?).
I also work at REI* and I just had a 2hr clinic this morning with the
Black Diamond representative. This has inspired a need to collect some
sport climbing gear (quickdraws, belay device, rope, helmet, etc) I'm
not interested in trad climbing at the moment (no nuts and cams).
