Eco district deliverables sketch

Hey guys!

I sketched out the final deliverables we talked about in Tuesdays meeting with fletcher. Let me know if you wanna make any adjustments.

I've been trying to find contact info for green drop but havent had any luck yet and OCC said they wouldn't be available to talk about the bins again until the end of summer. So we're going to have to use our best estimates for financials on repurposing those bins.

I think I figured out a workable framework for the final piece, it's called C.L.E.A.N. Communicate, Location, Educate, Align, and Notice. It's a five step model for implementing materials management in a mall, arena, office, hotel, etc, or even another ecodistrict.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on all this. Sorry I wasn't able to make it to class yesterday and thank you to those who were able to attend the rose quarter tour :) One last thing... We're we able to make sure someone will be able to do the weekly progress report in Jim's absence?
