Group Meeting/Touch Basis

Hello Team,

We are winding down the term but we have lots to do. I requesting all available bodies to attend a meeting this weekend with the entire team (all 13). To figure out how we are going to break up the final deliverables. I'm sure everyone is busy. If we can work together to find a time this would be great! If you cannot attend, please let us know. We can split up the work so everyone can help.

Proposed times:
Friday 5/17 After 5 pm
Saturday (any time)
Sunday (any time)
I am making myself available all these times. Please let the team know what works for you!

Hi all,

I will be in Modesto, CA until Monday, 5/20/2013, when I return to PDX at noon. Since there is no class for us Monday all 13 of us could use that time to meet and discuss the final presentation and report.

Li, Did you still want to meet during the weekend?

For Monday, do we want to meet in a large study room in the library? (I love whiteboards!!!) Will the classroom be available to us?

I am free Friday evening as well as on Saturday. I am not free Sunday's and I can be there during the normal class time to meet on Monday.

I’m housesitting this weekend, so I won’t be close to school in order to make it in for a meeting this weekend, but I can be there on Monday.

Unfortunately I need to run home to Salem this afternoon. I will see you all Wednesday in class. I think if we can put together an outline for our final report we will be fine.
