I have attached the edited outline that Dr. Santos worked on with us...Yuka highlighted in red the discussion and some of the significant areas that need to be revised....

STINA: 

1) Overall, the project: written and presentation has to shift again...i think it is best you call one of our team members to talk over the changes...(some items agreed upon may not be clear in the attached outline)

2) Are the invitations ready? We really need to send them out today?

DEADLINES/WORKING&MEETING SCHEDULE:

1. TUES Midnight (written report each section except action plan)

2. WED 5:30 pm finalized report & PPT

3. THU 7 pm Finalized written talking points=1-1.5 pages double spaced & REHEARSAL

4. FRI 9:30am on site (10:25 set-up transition-->10:30am Presentation!)

PROPOSED FLOW OF OUR PRESENTATION (FINDINGS ONLY!!):

I.   Introduction FACTS (TEAM & Sandra)= 1 min

II.  Overview 

             Situation (Sandra->)  1.5m

             Key Players (Joleen->) 1.5m

             Areas of Concern (Stina-->)= 3 min

III. Environment (Melanie)=  2 min

IV. Benchmarking Competitive Env. (Yuka->) = 2 min

V.  Action Plan (Drew-->) = 2min

VI. Conclusion (Drew) = 2 min

TOTAL TIME = 15 MINS (as of now)

TEAM: Please don't forget we need to fill the room as much as possible, we need KEY PLAYERS/REPS please invite all your friends, neighbors, brothers, sisters...your entire clan/co-workers/professors/Mayor etc..........and let me know if i forgot anything....
