Win98 problem read diskdrive

Hallo,

After I had installed the last betaWIN98 (ENGversion) the PC can't reconized
the A:drive and when I will read a floppy this isn't possible. All the other
hardware like a ZIPdrive or CD are working perfectly.

What is the problem and what can I do to solve this problem?

What build is it? Check the device manager (start/settings/control
panel ---> system, device manager)
and see if maybe you have multiple floppy disk controllers. Check it in
safe mode, sometimes things show there and not in standard mode. If for
some reason it's not listed at all, see if you have stuff in "other devices"
What chipset is in your system?
