What do viatologists research?

Viatologists scientifically study roads, independently gathering data
and reporting it to advance the study. A viatologist can study many
aspects of roads, including (but not limited to) historical routings,
roadside oases, international border crossings, or numbering

cameras, levels, pedometers, foreign dictionaries, and infrared
lenses.

Hi, Carl. I have seen many viatologists also study signs. Is this
considered to be
a subset of our great science of viatology? Keep up the good work my
