I'm re-doing and old drum set I came across and need to know if it is
desirable to tune each drum to a certain musical note or key. Like is there
a note for the smallest shell tom and lower notes as the size of each
larger tom tom. Also, should the head be tuned tight to get a better(or
more)stick re-bound on each head of the drums?
