Looking for a person that is:
1. Ideally a working professional from Mon. - Fri.
2. Who can clean up the kitchen, living room and/or bathroom, after each use.
3. Who does not cook, or cooks very light (do not want the condo to smell of fish and/or spices).
4. Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink or anywhere else for more than 24 hours.
5. Who is respectful.
6. Expected to take out the kitchen garbage within 12 hours when it is full to the top with at least 50% of your garbage.
7. Expected to keep your bathroom clean--free of stains in sink, on the wall, or in the shower; no dirty laundry on the floor.
a. Supply and use your own bathroom cleaning supplies and toilet paper.
8. Expected to vacuum your room once a month and the common areas every 2 weeks or more as needed.
9. Who is a quiet person.
10. Who has no pet, no smoking, no drunkenness/drugs, parties only in the allowed clubhouse, occasional rare visitors and no overnight guest.
11. Who can provide credit record (free from

12. Must show 3 months of steady income on their banks statements.
A 4-Month Leasing Contract is required. Month by month after 4-month.
