Minchuen Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was set up in 1977, initial
MCN. We have engaged in the field of gear reducer motor for years.
This brings us the ability to utilize the most hi-advanced German
CNC hobbing machine.
MCN is the first company in Taiwan, who has been certified by ISO
9002. In 1999, we have acquired the 7th Taiwan Best Product Award.
In the same year, we also promote our products in worldwide markets
including Europe, the U.S. and Asia. Based on the idea of sustainable
development, we provide every machine with US$ 500,000 insurance. We
insist on the principle of honesty and reliance, which has earned us
the reputation we hold today. We welcome worldwide traders to inquire
and cooperate with us.

In the US it's not customary for people to sleep inside machinery, so I
have some questions.
Is your gear reducer motor indeed large enough to sleep in? Is there room
for furniture other than just a futon or some such? Since American
sleeping habits may differ from the Taiwanese norm, can you give exact
dimensions?
Does it have kitchen facilities, or do you cook on the motor windings, or
what?
How many bathrooms does it have?
Is it quiet enough for sleeping when it's running, or only when it's
stopped? Would the moving gear teeth be a danger to children? Is there
any exposed electrical wiring that could be a danger to children?
Since many Americans believe magnetic fields have adverse long-term health
effects, can you give magnetic field data for various locations inside the
motor?
How is it lubricated? If the whole place is ankle-deep in oil, or there's
oil dripping from gears and bearings overhead, many Americans will find it
uncomfortable.
What kind of neighborhood is it in? How's the parking situation?

Also I am concerned do I as the renter have to pay for Oiling it ( crude oil
prices have been very volatile). . Also Of course what happens if rust sets
in. Even if
the machine appears to be in fine shape now. Its summer a time when it rarely
rains. What will happen in the fall/winter if im on a one year lease and
things
get rusty.
