Business Development Manager,Commercial Tenant Improvement Projects,Position Responsibilities
and Duties: Develop of newmarkets/business opportunities. Client relations.Building
Owner/client relationships. Market researchto include assessment
of market trends and futureopportunities. Strategic planning. Research andevaluation
of new construction technologies.Conceptual estimating. Prepare RFP responses.
Providevalue added during the early design phase of projects. Minimum
Requirements: A knowledge of all phases ofconstruction with a special emphasis on
