Title :Oracle Financial RICE developers
Location : Woodlawn,MD
Duration: 13 months
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Responsibilities (refer to Statement of Work) in order of importance:
Job Duty 1 - Participate in the analysis and functional design of BPRS
requirements and RICE/gaps, work closely with the functional
counterpart on design approach and document, and provide the required
technical expertise and input.
Job Duty 2 – Own and perform the technical design, peer reviews,
development and unit testing of the Oracle RICE solutions
Job Duty 3 – Deliver the Technical Design document (TDD), code/build,
Unit Test Plan and Results (UTP), and Build Instructions per the
project schedule and within budget
Job Duty 4 – Develop the build instructions and work closely with the
Ops CM team to deploy the solution
Job Duty 5 - Perform trouble shooting and break-fix for all defects
Basic Skill 1 & Yrs Exp: Strong RICE (Reports, Interfaces,
Conversions, and Extensions) Design and Development experience in
Oracle Financials: 4-6 years
Basic Skill 2 & Yrs Exp: Strong development skills in PL/SQL
programming and Oracle Development tools i.e. Oracle Forms Developer,
Oracle Reports Developer, Oracle Work Flow, XML Publisher and OA
Framework
Basic Skill 3 & Yrs Exp: Experience with Federal Financial Module
Basic Skill 4 & Yrs Exp: Hands on experience in the full development
lifecycle in Oracle Financials using the aforementioned development
tools
Basic Skill 5 & Yrs Exp: Good understanding of the business
functionality and data model of Oracle PO, AP, AR, FV and GL modules.
Must be able to take full ownership and work across teams to complete
development on time
Must be able to work onsite and overtime, including evenings and
weekends.
Preferred Skill 1 & Yrs Exp: Working knowledge and experience in
Oracle 10g BI Discoverer
Preferred Skill 2 & Yrs Exp: Working knowledge and experience in JAVA
programming
Preferred Skill 3 & Yrs Exp
