Position: Technical Lead (Image Engineering)
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 3 Months C2H

Complete Job Description:
• Experience on Install Shield, Install wise or Windows Installer –
Application packaging tool
• Wintel server support, desktop device, packages, Image creation,
windows OS support.
• Work on the image engineering, software deployment roadmap
enterprise wide.
• Tech lead onsite should be a trusted advisor to client and help them
understand what can be done from offshore.
• Root cause analysis from the existing systems support and set up
that is in place.
• Filemon.exe, Procmon.exe, Windebg.exe.
• Remote event viewer capabilities.
• User env logging.
• Event log analysis.
• Microsoft Windows Desktop Risk and Assessment Program (WDRAP).
• Windows Registry.
• Local policy on Windows PCs.
• Quality Analysis and HP Quality Center testing and tracking.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Strong investigative and analytical skills.
