Quality Assurance Project Manager

Technical Requirements:

* Minimum: 5+ years experience testing, including leading a team of
10+ testers * Experience with QA/Testing Best Practices and Tools
(Prefer HP/Mercury) * Experience within DHS a strong plus * Preferred:
Strong familiarity with IEEE standards, such as 1012-2004 standard.
Proficiency in CMMI Levels 2 & 3, ISO 9001:2000, PMBOK, and earned-
value management * Desired: Experience with developing formalized test
policies, process and procedures

Educational Requirements:

* Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or business *
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Management
Information Systems or a related field * Desirable: Current
certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP)
