Job Description :
TEST ENGINEER - ANALOG/MIXED SIGNAL Develop analog/mixed signal testing for a high
volume,highly integrated wireless SoC device. Duties include HW/SW debug, test
correlation, datacollection/analysis, documentation, prober/handlerinterface and
release to offshore production. Requiresa BSEE and 3+ years experience. Experience
in Teradyne Catalyst programming, TeradyneJ750, BER equipment, JTAG interfaces.
Cellularbaseband testing and communication system testing aplus. If you are
