Profile:

Mid-size global company is looking for help within their IT Support / IT Ops team. Specifically, our client is going through a Windows 7 to 10 upgrade and O365 implementation. There are many patches, upgrades, refreshes, asset management, windows updates that need to be executed along the way.

Job Description:

 Proven SCCM (hands on) and Update Patching experience – MUST HAVE
 Experience with HPSM Ticketing System
 Able to support internal customers via:
 Phone
 Deskside
 Email / Chat
 Remote / ghost
