Base salary range: $65K - $95K
Duties/Responsibilities: Work in a team environment that mixes creativity and leading-edge technical skills to provide Company's clients with innovative interactive information services and eCommerce applications through the Internet and other online media.
Manage a set of complex projects, coordinating the efforts of programmers, database experts, web content specialists and digital artists to bring projects in on time and with a high level of quality.
Scope project requirements and constraints, estimate resources needed, participate with marketing product managers in specification and design phases, monitor progress and control the resources and priorities of projects throughout their lifecycles.
Experience, Education and Attributes:
Qualifications: 2+ years relevant work experience.
Skills/Experience: A strong background in the fundamentals of project
management for software development. Solid experience in developing complex systems for the Internet and/or other online media. Eagerness to work as part of a team. A demonstrated creative approach to problem solving. Ability to clearly and convincingly communicate with technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with HTML and project management software - preferably MS Project.
Knowledge of rapid/iterative application architecture development methodologies would be a plus.
Desired Experience, Education and Attributes:
Education: BS/MS Computer Science/Software Engineering or significant relevant experience.
