A B.A. is required as well as at least 5 years
experience in Technical Recruiting and 2 or more years
experience in Human Resources. You must have proven
organizational skills, time management skills,
Excellent comunication skills, Excellent PC computer
skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, Knowledge of
Internet, and E-commerce and Proven ability to get
things done when empowered with information and
resources necessary. Desirable skills include HTML,
web-page design, Familiarity with RDBMS, SQL, CGI, C
and C++ concepts, experience with ABRA database, and
