All forms mentioned throughout this message will be sent by me to the buyer of this trip.
You must submit a coupon 45 days in advance, requesting: 1. Preferred arrival date, and 2.
Alternate arrival date.
Choices must be 15 days apart. If requesting vacation during holidays or peak periods,
coupon must be submitted 60 days in advance.
You must check in on a Sunday or Monday.
Check in on other days are also available and may be subject to a slight charge (approx.
$10/day, per person), hoidays & peak periods may be higher.
Maximum of 4 people allowed in the hotel room. But, if more than 2 persons, there will be an
extra charge per person.
A refundable deposit of $50 is to be sent with request form, in either a cashier's check or
money order. This will e reimbursed to you when you send Florida Travel Network (FTN) a copy of
your hotel receipt, verifying your stay at your designated hotel.
You must use this vacation coupon no later than June 13, 1998.
Any cancellation must be 21 days or less prior to check in, or you will forfiet your $50
deposit.
