Whole Foods has a whole thanksgiving dinner deal for $99.99. Alas, I
don't know for how many or what it includes.
This reminds me. A couple of years ago, after a posting on
this newsgroup, we went to Mz Kizzy's Fat Boy in Oakland.
(Sadly, now closed.) Great, great food, reasonable prices,
nice people. (Bad location, i.e., bring your body guard.)
They were advertising their Thanksgiving Special take out
dinner, coming up in a couple of weeks. We signed up.
The afternoon that we headed to a rented cabin in the Sierras
we stopped first at Mz Kizzy's and picked up the whole nine yards.
The next day we had the best Thanksgiving dinner that we have
ever bought.
Moral of the story for the original poster:
Check out small restaurants that serve good food
at reasonable prices.
Some research may be necessary. :)

Based solely on the quality of their prepared chicken, I would give Draeger's
a try. But I have no actual experience with their Thanksgiving turkey.
Whatever the source, I'd suggest ordering very soon.

I don't know why HoneyBaked is a last resort. Their smoked version is excellent.
