Good, but not-too-expensive painting contractors

Our house needs a good paint job, and we were wondering if anyone had
anything to say about this painting contractor:

Miracle House & Apartment Painting, Inc.
947-0177
(Mountain View?)

Better still, any recommendations for other paint contractors in the
Mountain View area?

Also, we have these large, ugly and overgrown Juniper shrubs in our
front lawn and do you have anyone you would recommend for the job
of yanking these guys out?

Don't know about Miracle.

I used Jeff Fisher painting. He did a good job on my home in Mountain
View.
