Here's a story that local stations might be reluctant to cover since
nobody was shot with a gun and no child was kidnapped. Check out the
video on this link. I find it very interesting. What do you think?

This is no smoking gun. There is consensus in the scientific community
about global warming. Those that claim it is a hoax are about as
credible as those that claim we never went to the moon and the flat
earthers.

Indeed. No "global warming" means no big profits from all the
over-priced Wind-n-Solar junk.

It's not going to be covered locally because there is no local angle.
However, it was covered not only nationally, but internationally. The story
was present on the Voice of America's news feeds and was also on the AP.

There is no doubt that the polar ice caps are melting. In fact a big chunk of
glacier broke off Antarctica and has drifted toward New Zealand. That's quite
a ways to go.

I'm not sure if the greenhouse gases and such are contributing much or whether
it's simply the fact that the sun is getting hotter.

Once that asteroid hits Earth, we will no longer care about global
warming.

Looking over the history of the earth, the caps do seem to come and go.

And the sun does fluctuate. Given that water vapor is a far more
influential "greenhouse gas" than CO2, that CO2 levels are not at any
sort of historical high, that more "warming" occurred in the first half
of the last century than the second, and about two dozen other issues
that don't square with the Gore Global Hysteria Program, it would seem
that "global warming" is more about control and revenue generation than
anything else.

True, the Polar ice melts during the summer and grows in the winter.
Summer is not global warning.

The oceans are the largest source of CO2. If CO2 was the problem,
eliminations of the oceans would be
a good thing.

Nah. It's caused by Penguin Farts, we need to get rid of all them pesky
high-falootin' tuxedo-wearing avian vandals. Then we could go back to
having ice for our margaritas next summer.

Not to mention breathing and soda pop. The soda pop cap and trade begins
next year, I think.

Pick a day. Any day. One in 2007, same date in 2009.

Then go to this web page with images of Arctic ice coverage.

http://igloo.atmos.uiuc.edu/cgi-bin/test/print.sh?fm=08&fd=29&fy=2007&sm=08&sd=29&sy=2009

I see ... doubt. Lots and lots of doubt.

(Note, their 2009 data is incomplete. You may need to search
around for a date they have the 2009 image. 2008 seems to be
complete, though.)

The climate is ever changing. Here's more about the fraud:
