ABOUT TOASTMASTERS (and our group)

Whatever your goals may be, much of your success in life will depend on your
ability to speak. People who can effectively communicate possess one of the
skills necessary for successful living. Our group consists of a fun, supportive,
and challenging environment where you can become an able and effective speaker.
You'll learn to speak more persuasively, think on your feet, gain confidence
in your professional or private endeavors, and develop leadership skills.

The Toastmasters program has proven itself around the world. Globally,
nearly three million people of all ages and occupations have participated in
the program. On average, the gross membership of Toastmasters International
increases at a rate of approximately 250 people per day, for a total of more
than 170,000 members in more than 8,000 Clubs in more than 50 countries.

Bus directions to SF Renaissance:

If you are taking MUNI, take any Market Street bus to 1st Street
and transfer to the #15 Third Street bus. Get off at Bryant Street.

If you are taking BART or the K, L, M, or N streetcars, get off at the
New Montgomery Street Station. Walk two blocks to 1st Street and take
the #15 Third Street bus. Get off on Bryant Street.
