Hi all,

I have been asked who is issuing badges to the workforce in the UK. I have a list of all the non school issuer of badges in the UK and am looking for more. I have heard of one in Liverpool who I need to follow up, but this list seems a bit sparse.

Skills for justice


The lead body is working to offer councils in Wales a platform to access e-learning with badges issued for the completion of different levels of completion. This was introduced at the Learning Pool Live conference in Cardiff in October. The Slideshare for this is listed below.

Newport City Homes


Awarding badges for paid work experience staff via their Academy programme. A pilot group are making use of their backpacks as a part of their application process for jobs via CV’s and application letters
