Hi all,

Is there an up-to-date list of employers who are accepting badges as credentials for purposes of hiring or promotion? Or, just some good examples?

I'd be particularly interested in recent "joiners,"  employers who are accepting badges issued from external issuers (i.e. not internally from the firm), and, best of all, would be employers recognizing badges externally issued that are not tailored to the particular company's specifications.(I do know about Adobe.)

Thanks.

Michael,
I'm doing research on this right now...but my data is anonymous and does not include employer names.

Hey Michael,

As always, you've posed a great question. As for folks hiring directly from badges, we're still in the very early stages. The one example that we've referred to previously was the StackOverflow badges. While they're not open badges, folks are hiring directly based on those badges: https://careers.stackoverflow.com/

Looking forward to when we can share additional examples of this sort of direct link.

Cheers,
Carla
