Job Description

• The lead QA role is for the Customer Center workstream in the Customer Digital Experience Program.

• Working knowledge and experience in API automation; good understanding of UI automation

• Experience with Database migration projects a big plus

• Good communication and collaboration skills, handling conversations with multiple stakeholders, business, vendors, dependent teams

• Owning dependent items, proactively ensuring the needs are met for QA deliverables.

• Co-ordination with external vendor, leading the conversation

• Ability to support leadership needs related to status, identify and share risks, escalations

• Work management for monthly releases, handling defects, managing timelines and delivery

• Support demos to business, acceptance of stories and approvals for releases

• Good experience in end-end testing
