Introducing the Big6 by the Month as a school-wide information and communication technology literacy program requires a solid foundation. Think about how Big6 stage 1 - Task Definition - applies to you as the educator who is initiating the program in your school:
Defined: How will you connect your task definition lessons to ICT Literacy and Common Core standards? Predictable: If
your school is on a semester or trimester instructional schedule, how
will you adapt Big6 by the Month to your school's calendar? Measured: What
evidence of student performance on task definition tasks will you
collect? What criteria will you apply to assess whether or not students
have mastered task definition? Reported: To what audience will you report? What type of report will you create?

For the Task Definition webinar, I will refer to a KWHL chart. Here is the link to the figures used as they are not (currently) in the ebook.
