First of all, thank you very much for your acceptance of the meeting. Let us set the meeting from 9:00 am to 10:00 am on May 28 (Thu).
As Nguyen-san mentioned, we are currently exploring the specific potential sites for DC development.
In parallel, the procurement of stable power is the most critical point for DC operation. We would like to understand what service the VATEC team is able to provide and consider the possibility of our future collaboration.
Proposed agenda:
- Introduction of Mitsubishi Corporation and our specific activities in the DC business. Also, explain our target DC area, size, timeline, etc. in HCMC.
- Introduction of VATEC
- Company profile
- Track record
- Potential service you can provide. Any track record to support someone
- Others
- Power procurement features in industrial park area vs outside of industrial park (stability of power supply, historical outage risks and reliability, expected timeline for power procurement, and costs that the developer needs to own)
- Site introduction – available or recommended land plots you can share
