Any tips on which tree is more appropriate for small scale sorts?

Hi B40C crew,

I've been monitoring the continuous stream of B40C svn updates for a
while now.

Are there any tips on which branch or directory (b40c vs. Old) I
should be looking at first for sub-million key sorts?

I know that Thrust has a snapshot of your work but I don't actually
use any part of Thrust in my system.
